曲晓辉,中国第一位经济学(会计学)女博士和第一位会计学博士生女导师。1986年师从著名会计学家葛家澍教授攻读厦门大学博士学位,1989年获博士学位后留校任教,1991、1993年分别评聘为副教授和教授,1992年和1996年分别评聘为硕士生导师和博士生导师,2015年退休返聘,2018年任哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)经济管理学院教授、博士生导师、会计学科带头人。

享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、教育部跨世纪优秀人才培养计划入选者、福建省级高层次人才、美国富布莱特研究学者、全国先进女职工、入选中国杰出社会科学家、全国会计硕士专业学位(MPAcc)项目论证发起人、全国会计博士专业学位(DPAcc)设置方案和论证报告主要起草人、《当代会计评论》(CSSCI集刊)创刊主编。

主要从事资本市场会计和国际会计的教学和研究工作,主要研究领域有会计准则建设、会计国际协调与趋同、集团会计与财务、公允价值会计、物价变动会计、股权投资管理。已培养毕业博士53位(含外国留学生及台湾生)、硕士73位。先后主持国家重点和面上项目、部级重大重点项目16项,出版专著、译著和教材24部,国内外学术期刊发表论文150余篇,部委采用咨询报告8份,企业采用咨询报告3份,获省部级科研1-3等奖16项,中国会计学会优秀论文一等奖2项,葛家澍奖(科研奖,首届)。

现任国家社科基金学科评审组专家、全国会计专业学位研究生教育指导委员会顾问、中国成本研究会副会长、中国会计学会会计教育分会顾问和会计基础理论专业委员会主任委员、厦门市会计学会副会长; China Journal of Accounting Research、《中国会计评论》、《当代会计评论》等学术期刊编委。

曾兼任厦门大学研究生院副院长、厦门大学学位评定委员会五届和六届委员、厦门大学学术委员会委员、厦门大学学风委员会委员、国家“985工程”哲学社会科学创新基地厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院院长、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地厦门大学会计发展研究中心主任、厦门大学闽江学者特聘教授、广东财经大学珠江学者讲座教授、教育部社会科学委员会委员、教育部中外合作办学项目评审专家、中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)指导委员会委员、财政部会计准则委员会咨询专家、国务院学位委员会会计硕士专业学位论证专家、全国会计专业学位研究生教育指导委员会第一、二届委员及培养组组长和学位论文指导工作分委员会主任、中国会计名人评选委员会委员、中国会计博物馆理事会常务理事、福建省研究生教育管理研究会副理事长、中国学位与研究生教育学会理事、中国会计学会会计教育分会(原中国会计教授会)两届会长、中国会计学会学术委员、粤港澳高校会计联盟常任理事会首任主任Accounting Education:An international journal 编辑顾问、China Accounting and Finance Review、Frontiers of Business Research in China 编委、全国第八次妇代会代表、全国妇联八届执委等职。

曾获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖、福建省福光基金会优秀教学奖、福建省优秀专家称号、福建省师德先进个人称号、福建省优秀青年社会科学工作者称号、ACCA卓越成就奖。

曾任南京大学、中山大学、武汉大学、上海财经大学、广东财经大学、香港理工大学、香港城市大学、美国杜兰大学、日本东北大学等高校客座教授、兼职教授、访问教授、学术委员和学术顾问。先后担任若干上市公司和金融企业独立董事及顾问。

Dr. Xiaohui QU obtained her Ph.D. in Accounting from Xiamen University in 1989, the first female to do so in China. From that point on, she worked as a lecturer, associate professor and professor in 1989, 1991 and 1993 respectively at Xiamen University. She was appointed as Minjiang Chair Professor to Xiamen University commencing from 2006 to 2016, professor and director to the Center for Accounting Studies of Xiamen University from 2000 to 2015, and dean of the Institute for Financial and Accounting Studies commencing from 2010 to 2015, when she retired. She joined the Harbin Institute of Technology-Shenzhen since 2018 to work on the establishment of the accounting discipline as a professor and the director.

Dr. Qu has been granted government special allowance for the outstanding contributions to higher education by the State Council of China. She was invited by Ministry of Education (MOE) to be the expert in assessment on China-Foreign joint-education programs and a member of Social Science Committee, and also served as advisory expert on the China Accounting Standards Committee. She initiated the Master of Professional Accounting as a national professional education program, and she is the main drafter of the establishment plan and demonstration report of the Doctor of Professional Accounting (DPAcc) as a national professional education program, and after served the Nationwide Professional Accounting Graduate Education Steering Committee twelve years as a member and is an advisor now. She has been the expert for Discipline Review Group of National Social Science Fund, the vice president of China Costing Association, the president of the Chinese Accounting Professors AssociationCAPAfrom 2004 to 2007 and 2018 to 2021 then advisor from 2022, the director for the Committee of Accounting Theory for Accounting Society of China from 2008 to 2023, China liaison for the American Accounting Association International Accounting Section from 2019 to 2022, initiator and first director of the Standing Committee of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance for Accounting.

Dr. Qu has been a member of the editorial boards of China Journal of Accounting Research, China Accounting Review, and Contemporary Accounting Review. She served the Accounting Education:An international journal as an editorial advisor from 1995 to 2014, China Accounting and Finance Review from 2008 to 2021, and Frontiers of Business Research in China from 2007 to 2017. She was the founder and chief editor of Contemporary Accounting Review from 2008 to 2018.

Dr. Qu has published many papers, monographs and textbooks on a range of accounting and finance issues and has been the recipient of dozens grants and awards. She visited University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign during the 2001-2002 academic year as Fulbright Research Scholar, Saint Mary's University from Aug. 1991 to Feb. 1992 supported by Canadian International Development Agency, and Tohoku University in 2017 as a professor to teach a course. She has attended international conferences presenting papers such as AAA Annual Meetings, as a panelist in the World Congress of the IAAER, a roundtable forum moderator on the Word Accounting Forum. She delivered keynote speeches and presented papers in domestic annual conferences such as China Costing Association and Accounting Society of China.
